Company Overview ZMOS Technology, Inc. has developed and proven with silicon chips a revolutionary circuit technology, Z-Technology™, which solves major challenges facing semiconductor companies in low power mobile marketplaces. Traditionally, higher speed devices require more power; and the movement to more advanced process technologies results in higher leakage current. With our Z-Technology circuitry and design techniques, higher speed and lower power products with 1,000X less standby leakage current can be developed. Our proprietary technology requires no change to the manufacturing process and can be used in both memory and logic products. The company is now developing mobile memory and logic chips and has licensed Z-Technology™ to strategic partners in both memory and logic markets.
